Judged in confidence.
You hand Arbitia your unshipped work — the most sensitive thing a marketing team has. Here's exactly what happens to it, and what never does.
Your work goes in. A verdict comes out. Nothing else leaves.
There's no second life for your data. It's judged, the verdict returns to you, and the loop closes.
The defaults are private and conservative.
Private by default
Verdicts are visible only to you, and to whoever you choose to share them with. Nothing is public.
Encrypted in transit and at rest
Everything you send is encrypted on the way in and wherever it's stored. Standard, not optional.
Not used to train models
Your artifacts and the verdicts on them are never training data — not for us, and handled under enterprise terms that exclude it with our providers.
Never sold, never brokered
Your work isn't a product we resell. There is no data business behind this one.
Your data, your control
Export it or delete it whenever you ask. It's your work; you hold the keys to keeping or clearing it.
Independent by design
A judge with no stake. It reads your work, renders the verdict, and hands it back — there's nothing to repurpose it for.
The strongest protection is that we never produce.
Most of the risk in handing work to a vendor is what they'll do with it. Arbitia has no product to build from yours. There's nothing to do with your work but judge it and return the verdict — the same refusal that keeps the judgment clean keeps your data idle.
On formal certifications, we won't claim what we haven't earned.
We're prelaunch. You won't see a wall of compliance badges here, because we won't display an audit we haven't passed. As we move toward general availability, we'll pursue the third-party attestations enterprise buyers expect — and publish them on this page when they're real, not before.
For transparency in the meantime: Arbitia runs on large-language-model infrastructure to do its work, and your data is processed under those providers' enterprise terms — which exclude training on it. The commitments above are how the product is built and operated today, and we'll keep this page current as that posture hardens.
A security question, or something to report? We'd rather hear it early. Reach the team directly and you'll get a human, not a ticket.
