1. Introduction
Arbitia, LLC ("Arbitia," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you visit our website, interact with us, or use our software platform and related services (collectively, the "Services").
By using the Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

We collect information you provide directly, including:
- Contact information such as your name, email address, and company name when you contact us, request information, or sign up for the Services.
- Account information when you register for or are provisioned an account.
- Customer Content — the business context, operational information, strategic materials, and other content you provide to or generate through the Services. Customer Content is addressed separately in Section 6.
- Communications — the contents of messages you send us.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you visit our website, we and our third-party partners automatically collect certain information, including:
- Device and usage information such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, and the dates and times of your visits.
- Cookies and similar technologies as described in Section 4.
- Analytics and advertising data collected through the tracking technologies described in Section 5.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services;
- Process and fulfill requests and transactions;
- Communicate with you, including responding to inquiries and sending administrative and, where permitted, marketing communications;
- Understand how visitors use our website and measure the effectiveness of our marketing;
- Deliver, target, and measure advertising across third-party platforms;
- Detect, prevent, and address security issues, fraud, and technical problems;
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
4. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate and improve our website and to support analytics and advertising. Cookies are small data files stored on your device. We use:
- Strictly necessary cookies required for the website to function;
- Analytics cookies that help us understand how visitors use our website;
- Advertising cookies that support the tracking and advertising technologies described in Section 5.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of the website. Where required by law, we obtain your consent before placing non-essential cookies, through a consent mechanism presented when you visit our website.
5. Advertising and Tracking Pixels
We use third-party advertising and analytics technologies, including tracking pixels, tags, and software development kits, to understand visitor behavior, measure the performance of our marketing, and deliver targeted advertising to you on third-party platforms. These technologies may collect information about your interactions with our website and associate it with your activity across other websites and services.
The third-party tracking technologies we use include:
5.1 Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram)
We use the Meta Pixel provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. The Meta Pixel collects information about your activity on our website and enables us to measure the effectiveness of our advertising on Meta platforms (including Facebook and Instagram), build audiences for ad campaigns, and deliver targeted advertising. Information collected may be combined with information Meta holds about you. You can learn more and manage your preferences through Meta's data policy and ad settings at https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy and https://www.facebook.com/adpreferences.
5.2 Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads)
We use Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking and remarketing technologies provided by Google LLC. These technologies collect information about your use of our website, help us analyze traffic and visitor behavior, measure advertising conversions, and deliver targeted advertising across Google's network. You can learn more about how Google uses data at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, opt out of Google Analytics via the browser add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, and manage Google ad personalization at https://adssettings.google.com.
5.3 LinkedIn Insight Tag
We use the LinkedIn Insight Tag provided by LinkedIn Corporation. The Insight Tag collects information about your visits to our website and enables us to measure the effectiveness of our LinkedIn advertising, build audiences, and deliver targeted advertising on LinkedIn. You can learn more and manage your preferences through LinkedIn's privacy settings at https://www.linkedin.com/legal/privacy-policy and https://www.linkedin.com/psettings/guest-controls/retargeting-opt-out.
5.4 Managing Tracking Technologies
In addition to the platform-specific controls above, you may opt out of interest-based advertising from participating companies through the Digital Advertising Alliance at https://optout.aboutads.info and the Network Advertising Initiative at https://optout.networkadvertising.org. You may also use browser-level controls and "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control signals where supported. Where required by law, we obtain consent before deploying advertising technologies.
6. Customer Content and AI Processing
Customer Content you provide to the Services is used to deliver the Services to you. Because the Services rely on large language model technology, Customer Content is transmitted to third-party large language model providers for processing in order to generate outputs. This transmission is a necessary function of the Services.
We work to limit the use of Customer Content to the provision of the Services. The handling of Customer Content by third-party model providers is governed by the agreements between Arbitia and those providers. We do not sell Customer Content.
Each customer deployment runs on dedicated, single-tenant infrastructure provided by our hosting partner, with no sharing of compute, storage, or runtime between customers.
7. How We Share Information
We may share information in the following circumstances:
- Service providers and sub-processors who perform services on our behalf, including hosting providers, large language model providers, and analytics and advertising partners, as described in this Policy.
- Advertising and analytics partners as described in Section 5.
- Legal and safety purposes when we believe disclosure is necessary to comply with law, enforce our agreements, or protect the rights, property, or safety of Arbitia, our customers, or others.
- Business transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
We do not sell your personal information for money. Certain sharing of information with advertising partners through tracking technologies may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under certain state privacy laws; see Section 9 for your rights and choices.
8. Data Retention and Security
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information. Our hosting infrastructure is provided by an ISO/IEC 27001:2022-certified provider. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your Privacy Rights
9.1 California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to: know what personal information we collect and how we use and share it; request deletion of your personal information; request correction of inaccurate personal information; and opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (including certain advertising activities described in Section 5). We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@arbitia.ai. You may also opt out of advertising-related sharing using the controls in Section 5.
9.2 European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland (GDPR)
If you are located in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal information, and the right to data portability. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Our legal bases for processing include your consent (for non-essential cookies and advertising technologies), the performance of a contract, our legitimate interests, and compliance with legal obligations. You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@arbitia.ai.
9.3 Other Jurisdictions
Residents of other jurisdictions may have similar rights under applicable law. Contact us at info@arbitia.ai to exercise any rights available to you.
10. International Data Transfers
We are based in the United States, and the information we collect may be processed in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate. These countries may have data-protection laws that differ from those in your jurisdiction. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as standard contractual clauses.
11. Children's Privacy
The Services are not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child, we will delete it. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at info@arbitia.ai.
12. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
